April 19, 2008 - Teskey's Booth - Texas
Jodi Mullins, Floe and Rod Copeland, Jenni Day, Jim and Ann Souders, Norma and Gordon Hatch

and taking quite a few donations to help the Bluebonnet horses.
March 29, 2008 - Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine Open House - College Station, Texas
Jennifer Williams manned this booth alone. She talked to a lot of people - in fact, she rarely
sat still through the 8 hour day. She had so many people come by that she ran out of flyers,
membership applications and business cards. That makes for a pretty great day!
March 29, 2008 - Purina HOW Event - New Braunfels, Texas
Regina and Courtney Anderson, Paula Weisskopf and his sister and Valerie Ryan manned this booth.
Valerie gave the audience a nice presentation about BEHS, neglect/abuse generally, horse care and
other information, and booth volunteers spoke to several potential volunteers.
March 23, 2008 - Purina HOW Event - Bastrop, Texas
Volunteer Pam Archung says, "I think it was maybe one of the most successful booths I ever had.
We had people take membership applications. One woman gave us a 50$ donation and bought a t-shirt
and is joining. She just built a brand new barn and was in tears looking at the book and wants
to foster." Thanks to Pam, Mary Diane, Heather and Nan for coming out to help.
