Name - Asteria Bio: Asteria is the foal of Hadie. History: :Asteria has no history prior to her time with BEHS. Health/Lameness: No known health or lameness problems. Abilities: Asteria is now halter broke and leads. She is with a professional trainer for two weeks of ground work lessons. She bathes, trims, loads (or will be learning to) and handles well for a patient farrier and vet. She's very gentle and sweet, smart and inquisitive and gets along well with horses, donkeys, dogs and people. She loves to run and is fast! According to her foster home, she looks and acts like she has Arab-type breeding. She is pasture-kept but comes into the barn to eat. She's an easy keeper and is not prone to getting hurt. We expect her to grey out like her mother, Hadie (BEHS# 428), as she has grey hair mixed in her coat almost like a roan. She gets more beautiful every day. Lots of potential for this filly. Other: |
