Bio: Babe was part of a large neglect case. She was removed in a joint effort between BEHS and three other agencies.
She was placed with BEHS by the courts.
History: : Nothing is known of Babe's history before coming to BEHS. She was
adopted in 2010 and returned in October 2011. She was adopted to be a part of a therapy program for children, but she was too high strung to be safe
with the kids.
Health/Lameness: Babe has a deformity to her right front fetlock.
Abilities: She doesn't appear broke to ride: she's nervous when saddled and did not know what to do when a rider mounted her. However, she's sweet and
easy going and could be trained. She does have a deformity to her right front fetlock which would limit her to light riding. She's sweet and could
also be a nice companion and pet.
Other: Babe is very friendly and calm, and gets along
well with other horses, dogs, cats, goats, and chickens.
