Bio: Casper was seized by law enforcement and awarded to BEHS by the courts.

History: Unknown. Even thought he was gelded later in life, Casper is fitting in well with his foster home, even in a mixed herd of mares and geldings.

Health/Lameness: None known.

Abilities:Casper spent about six weeks with a professional trainer. He's a very high-strung horse who is going to need a confident but kind rider. He can walk, trot and canter under saddle but is also spooky and will need someone to continue his training. He's a lovely mover and has great potential.
