Bio: Contessa was removed from a negligent owner and placed with BEHS by an animal control officer.

History: : When Contessa was removed from her negligent owner, she went straight to a vet to have a halter removed from her head. It was put on her when she was young, left on her and had grown into her skin. She may have some scars from the halter, but otherwise it should not bother her. Nothing else is known of her history before she came to BEHS.

Health/Lameness: None known.

Abilities: Contessa will be spending the month of December with a trainer to get started under saddle. Her fee will be assessed after training.
