Name - Hadie Bio: Hadie was removed from her owner by law enforcement, and placed with BEHS. History: :Hadie’s history is not known, other than she was reportedly left tied to a tree for extended periods of time. Health/Lameness: Hadie came into the rescue underweight and pregnant. Hadie foaled in June and is the dam of Asteria. Abilities: Hadie was recently handled by a trainer and the trainer felt like she has had some ground work, knows how to longe, and has been saddled but probably not ridden as she acted as if she didn't know what the saddle was for. The trainer feels with some groundwork under saddle that Hadie will be rideable in a short amount of time. Her fee will be based on the amount of training she receives prior to adoption. Other: Hadie has a very gentle nature but will establish a place high in the pecking order with her pasture mates. Once that's accomplished she gets along fine with them. She's fun to longe and has beautiful gaits. She can be spirited out in the pasture and when she gallops she arches her mane and tail like an Arabian. She's an easy keeper and is not accident prone or spooky. |
