Name - JR Bio: JR was seized by law enforcement and awarded to BEHS. History: : Nothing is known of JR’s history. Health/Lameness: JR has no known health or lameness issues. Abilities: JR is broke to ride. He's great at the walk and trot but tends to buck at the canter/lope. He has a trainer working with him now, and she says he's doing much better and should stop bucking with more work. She says he's a wonderful horse with great potential. Other: JR is small but an alpha horse. He runs the pasture of maybe 15 older horses some much bigger than him. JR is also pretty pushy under saddle although he is under saddle in a bosal only. He has very little steer but we are working on that. JR is fearless and will be a awesome trail horse as he will go through or over anything. Soon he will progress to a bit. JR knows how to longe, is not afraid of being bathed, easily picks up feet and saddles without problem. |
