Name - Latte Bio: Several agencies, including Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society, got involved when 21 horses, including Latte, were found in inadequate living conditions and were donated and divided among the various agencies. History: Nothing is known of her background. Health/Lameness: She appears to be in good health. Abilities: She is young and can learn anything an adopter would like her to do. Other: Latte is a beautiful filly, with her light coloring, gorgeous blue eyes, and graceful movement. Due to lack of handling in the past, she can be leery of people. Although she has made steady progress since her arrival, Latte will need an experienced, patient adopter to further her groundwork. She will approach people in the field and allow herself to be haltered and tied. Latte can be brushed and touched all over. She will give her feet and can be trimmed. Although she is not by nature an aggressive horse, Latte will react when she feels cornered and is difficult to vaccinate. She will not load willingly. Latte gets along well with other horses at her foster home, and is tolerant of a variety of other animals. |
