Registration - None Color/Markings - Chestnut with a star, strip, and snip and roaning down both sides. Arrived: 12/12/2008
Bio: : Manu was seized from his owner and awarded by the courts to BEHS, along with 9 other horses.
History: : Manu has been handled frequently in his foster homes but has had little formal training. He seems
very willing and learns quickly.
Health/Lameness: None known. He is the picture of a healthy young horse.
Abilities: Manu should make a good endurance/trail prospect. He has the typical long Arabian
neck and head. He would be beautiful in halter and performance. This young horse has a trot ‘to die for’. Manu leads and respects space, yields his hindquarters, and could be
trained to do whatever a lucky adopter might want him for.
Update July 2010: he is in training with a professional trainer and will be in the Rescue Horse Training Challenge at the 2010 Expo in October.
Other: Manu will approach us in the pasture and loves attention.
He will load easily into a stock type trailer. |
