Bio: Nashobe was found underweight and uncared for. A concerned citizen fed her and then reported her condition to BEHS. Her owner signed her over to BEHS.

History: Nashobe's former owned claimed she rode Nashobe, but we cannot verify that. Nothing else is known of her history.

Health/Lameness: None known.

Abilities: Nashobe yields nicely on the ground, and respects personal space. She will stand for bathing, farrier work, grooming and saddling. However, she begins bucking when a rider puts a foot in the stirrup. Her foster "mom' will continue working with her, but she's also available for adoption now if someone would like to take her and retrain her.
