Height - 14 hands Registration - None Color/Markings - Chestnut Arrived: 12/26/2008
Bio: Ole Red was seized by law enforcement and awarded to the rescue.
History: Unknown.
Health/Lameness: Ole Red has few teeth and needs to be fed complete feed or chopped alfalfa as he cannot eat hay. He also appears arthritic.
Abilities: Ole Red is an older gentleman who has earned his retirement. He's a very
sweet horse who would be happy to be a pet, possibly have children led around on him, and keep other horses company. Because of his
age and arthritis, he is not available as a riding horse.
Other: Ol Red would make a fantastic pasture mate for just about any horse.
He needs a while to eat his meals and since he’s older, he requires quite a bit of senior feed. But it’s well worth the effort since he’s super sweet to both humans and horses!
