Bio: : Onyx was surrendered to BEHS when the owner was being investigated for neglect.

History: Her previous owner said that in Feb 2008 she was ?umped by a truck and was taken to the vet and had no broken bones. She had a gash on the left side of her face. He also said she was used as a trail riding horse.

Health/Lameness: None known

Abilities: Onyx's foster mom reports she is a great trail riding horse. She crosses water up to her belly, crosses over ravines, etc.
