Name - Polka Dot Bio: Polka Dot was awarded to BEHS. History: : PolkaDot came to BEHS in foal. She gave birth to Charlie's Angel last summer. Health/Lameness: None known Abilities: Polka Dot had not been handled much before coming to BEHS. She spent several weeks with a trainer who got her halter broke, taught her to load in a trailer and stand tied. She also learned how to longe and carry a saddle. She is a very energetic horse with a big trot with a lot of action. Her foster home used to ride Saddlebreds and feels that Polka Dot may be part Saddlebred and has potential as a saddleseat (english pleasure) horse or as a driving horse. She'll need someone who is not intimidated by a high-headed, energetic horse and who is willing to work with her. Polka Dot does appear to enjoy training time and likes people. Other: |
