Height - 15 hands and growing Registration - None Color/Markings - Chestnut; white diamond on forehead; white anklet left front hoof Arrived: 12/12/2008
Bio: : RaJaleel (RJ) was seized from his owner and awarded by the courts to BEHS, along with
9 other horses.
History: : RJ's history before coming to BEHS is mostly unknown. It appears
he was not handled before coming into the rescue. He moved into a foster home who worked with him and was later and adopted and returned (when his adopter moved out of state).
Health/Lameness: RJ has a club foot. With proper trimming, it does not appear to bother him at all.
Abilities: Raj is a good-natured horse. He loves attention. He is in the middle of the pecking order
in the herd. He has been saddled and his foster home is continuing his ground training. He's a smart horse but at some point in his life he has learned to attempt to bully his handlers.
He is not a difficult horse to handle he just needs an adopter that is accustomed to handling young horses, confident and willing to correct him immediately. He will take advantage of
any perceived weakness. He’s the perfect age to start and train for anything you like.
