Name - Rufio Bio: Rufio and 11 other horses were part of a cruelty seizure in NE Texas. Rufio and his herdmates were awarded to BEHS by the courts. History: : Nothing is known of Rufio’s history. Health/Lameness: Rufio has no known health or lameness issues. Abilities: Rufio came to BEHS as part of a neglect case, and both of his parents are branded BLM Mustangs. Rufio had not been handled prior to coming to BEHS, and he's learning to trust people. He's a very strong-willed horse, and he's not for a timid rider/handler. His foster home has been working with him and has put a handful of rides on him including a couple of trail rides. He's a very bold, confident horse who is looking for a rider who he can scale mountains with! Other: |
