Name - Tex Bio: Tex came to BEHS when his owner could not care for him. She had purchased him when he was in poor shape, but he continued to decline. She was reported for neglect and asked that BEHS take Tex. History: Nothing is known of Tex's past. Health/Lameness: None known. Abilities: Tex leads well, loads well and stands for fly spraying. His foster "mom" has been on him a few times, and she says he's broke to ride but not well trained. At his age, he should be limited to light riding but he has potential for short trail rides or riding around the pasture. Other: Tex is somewhat food aggressive and needs to be separated from other horses in order to eat. |
