Branigan was born in a BEHS foster home. Her mom had been removed from negligent owners and was already pregnant when she was placed with BEHS. Branigan was born healthy and grew up never knowing neglect – in fact, she didn’t want for anything. She is a little pistol, cute and has a strong mind.
