Cloudy was seized by law enforcement and awarded to BEHS. He came to the 2011 Bluebonnet Horse Expo, and when possible adopters were considering him for adoption, his foster “mom” realized she was in love! She decided that if he didn’t get adopted at the Expo that she would keep him. He didn’t get adopted there, but she adopted him a few weeks later. Congrats to Cloudy and the Allen family!
