: Tocho and 11 other horses were part of a cruelty seizure in NE Texas. Tocho and his herdmates were awarded to BEHS by the courts. Tocho wasn’t halter broke or even touchable when he first arrived. A series of foster homes worked with him, each teaching him something. By the time he was adopted, Tocho was halter broke, led, loaded, stood for the farrier, and was carrying a saddle and bridle. His adopter has extensive experience with mustangs, and we’re sure to hear exciting things out of the two of them! Tocho joins BEHS horse Annie in his new home.
