About Cheyenne

Cheyenne was removed from negligent owners and placed with BEHS by animal control.  Cheyenne attended the 2016 Bluebonnet Horse Expo and was adopted at the event.  She was returned in December 2018.

Health / Lameness

Cheyenne has no known health or lameness problems.

Other

Cheyenne will be competing under saddle in the in hand division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge with Donna Waldrup.  She will be available for adoption starting on May 4, 2019 at the Challenge competition during the Bluebonnet Horse HelpAHorse Show and Training Challenge in Sanger, Texas.

Evaluation and Training

Cheyenne leads, loads, and enjoys attention.  She has been handled quite a bit on the ground, and she has been saddled and sat on several times.  She’s not yet even green under saddle but she’s a nice age to really began training and has potential in almost any western discipline.
