About Twilight Sparkle

Twilight Sparkle has no known health or lameness issues.

Twilight Sparkle will be competing in hand in the Non-Pro In Hand division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge with non-pro Carter Wills.  She will be available for adoption starting on October 21, 2017 at the Challenge competition during the Bluebonnet Horse Expo in Austin, Texas.

You can follow their progress on their Facebook page.

Evaluation and Training

Twilight Sparkle leads and loads well.  She’s spending four months being handled and worked with by a child to prepare for the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge.  Her handler’s mom says that Twilight Sparkle loves kids, but is still somewhat leery of adults.  She is very willing, though, and a quick learner!  She’s been ridden about five times by a 5 year old in her foster home.  She’s not even green broke yet and she’s not ready for a beginner child, but she definitely has the ability to be a nice riding pony with some more training.
