About Sweet Sadie

Sweet Sadie was surrendered when her owner was investigated for neglect.

Nothing is know of Sweet Sadie’s history.

Health / Lameness

Sweet Sadie has no known health or lameness problems.

Sweet Sadie will be competing under saddle in the Non-Pro Under Saddle division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge with non-pro Lori Osborn. Shee will be available for adoption starting on October 20, 2018 at the Challenge competition during the Bluebonnet Horse Expo in Austin, Texas.

Evaluation and Training

Sweet Sadie was briefly evaluated by trainer Hilary LoBue.  Because of her condition, Hilary could only do a short evaluation.  She stands for grooming, picks up hooves, stands for saddling and bridling.  She also longes.  She is a bit on the spooky side and uneasy about fly spray.  She is broke to ride.  She has been assigned to Bluebonnet foster home and previous Challenge participant, Lori Obsorn.  She’ll be working with her under saddle, in an arena, and over obstacles!
