About Radar Love

Radar Love was surrendered to BEHS when his owner was no longer able to care for him.

History

It was reported from the owner that Radar Love was trained to pull a cart when he was younger.

Health / Lameness

Radar Love is a little thin and needs to have his teeth floated.

Other

Radar Love will be competing in hand in the Non-Pro In Hand for kids 12 and under division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge with non-pro Suraya Fuller.  He will be available for adoption starting on October 21, 2017 at the Challenge competition during the Bluebonnet Horse Expo in Austin, Texas.

You can follow their progress on their Facebook page.

Evaluation and Training

Radar Love has very nice action when moving.  With refresher training, he should be a nice pony for driving.  Once he trusts his handler, he is easy to catch.  He also prefers kids and is much easier for kids to catch!
