McEntire was placed with Bluebonnet when his owner could no longer keep him.


McEntire’s former owner said he had been kept as a pet.

Health / Lameness

McEntire has no known health or lameness problems.


McEntire will be competing in hand in the Non-Pro In Hand for kids 12 and under division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge with non-pro Lilly Sojourner.  He will be available for adoption starting on October 20, 2018 at the Challenge competition during the Bluebonnet Horse Expo in Austin, Texas.

Evaluation and Training

McEntire is a sweet, kind miniature horse.  He’s halter broke and is now learning to work in hand with his foster home/training challenge partner.
