He was surrendered to Bluebonnet when her owners were invesigated for neglect.

History

He was not handled, or even touched, before coming to Bluebonnet.

He was thin when he arrived, but he had no other known health or lameness problems.

Other

Reo will be competing in hand in the Non-Pro In Hand division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge with youth non-pro Samantha Craig.  He will be available for adoption starting on October 20, 2018 at the Challenge competition during the Bluebonnet Horse Expo in Austin, Texas.

Evaluation and Training

He was halter trained in April-May by a professional trainer.  He’s been worked with by a teenager for the Training CHallenge and will be ready to start under saddle in a few years when he is full grown.
