About Joy Ride
Joy Ride was placed with Bluebonnet when her owner could not keep her. She was born on her former owner's property and treated well before coming to Bluebonnet.

Evaluation and Training
Joy Ride was halter broke when she arrived at Bluebonnet, but she did not know much else.
Her Fall 2020 Training Challenge partner improved her ground manners and taught her to navigate trail obstacles in hand. He gave her a fantastic foundation that Colleen Crawford, the professional trainer who is working with her for the spring 2021 Training Challenge has built upon. Colleen has ridden Joy both western and English (dressage) and feels she could do just about anything an adopter wants!
