About Sadie Mae
Sadie Mae was donated to Bluebonnet when her owner could no longer care for her.
Evaluation and Training
Sadie can be a little difficult to catch but she comes for treats and feed. She is good with goats, cows and other equine. Sadie loves watermelon, carrots and other low starch treats and takes her senior equine feed soaked.
Although she’s hard to catch, once you catch her, she will lead, stand for the farrier, and stand for the vet. Sadie Mae’s not a super friendly horse, so she would be best as a companion for a lonely horse.
