Jerry Lee is halter broke and leads pretty well. He stands tied for grooming and his trainer is working on catching easier. Jerry Lee lunges in both directions and has been introduced to line driving. Jerry Lee has been ridden in a round pen, arena and introduced to trails.

Jerry Lee is a sweet horse and has learned a lot. His trainer put great groundwork on him, has started him under saddle, and is showing him the world so he'll be prepared for his own adopter. He's been ridden in arenas and on trails. Her kids handle him and ride him, and he recently went to his first shows. Cara says, "Jerry Lee crushed the big environment - clapping didn’t phase him, he left his friend, nailed his lay down 2x! To say he showed up and handled himself is an understatement."

This guy is still green - remember when he's adopted, he'll only have about 3-4 months under saddle - but he's going to make someone an amazing family or kids' horse. If adopted for kids or for a family, he's going to need an experienced horse person to help finish him - this can be experienced parents supervising their kids or kids taking lessons.
