About Lucy Loo
Lucy Loo was rescued by her previous owner and then placed with Bluebonnet when her owner had health problems. Lucy Loo spent four months preparing for the Professional Division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge and placed 3rd in her division! She was adopted by someone who met her at the event. Congrats to Pam P!
Evaluation and Training
Lucy Loo is sweet and gentle to handle. She stands well for saddling, bridling, and mounting. She spent three months with trainer Hilary LoBue to prepare for the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge. Hilary has ridden her both in an arena and on trails. She has also hauled Lucy Loo to an obstacle competition where she did well.
Lucy Loo is a strong, powerful mare who is not for a novice or timid rider. However with a confident rider she can be an excellent riding horse, trail horse, pleasure horse, or even working horse.
