Amplify Austin is a 24 hour period of fundraising for organizations operating in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas, and Bluebonnet has always had an active presence in the area. Our goal this year is to raise $50,000 – this will give us the ability to provide quality care to the horses already in the rescue and to help more horses.

Amplify Austin takes place online March 4-5, 2026.

There’s multiple ways to help us during Amplify Austin.

Donate: When you donate during Amplify Austin, your donation goes further through matching funds. You’ll be providing feed, veterinary care, and farrier care to the horses in the rescue and making sure we can keep helping horses in the years to come.

Become a matching donor: What is a matching fund? It is when a donor sets aside funds to match the first X dollars raised (or raised at a certain time during Amplify Austin). For instance, you might pledge $500 to match the first $500 in funds raised at 10pm on March  or you might pledge $2,500 to match the first $2,500 raised.  If you are willing to set up a matching fund, please email Jennifer with your pledge amount, how you would like your matching fund listed (with your name, your business name, a horse’s name, or annonymous, etc.) and we can get that set up.

Set up a fundraiser: Visit Bluebonnet’s Amplify Austin page, click Fundraise, and then fill in the blanks.  Then share your fundraiser with friends, family, horse folks, and on social media and ask for folks to join you in donating. It is a way to help us extend our reach and meet new people who want to help horses.

Spread the word: Tell people you know about AmplifyAustin and our donation drive. Share our social media posts and fundraiser, and ask those you know to donate and share as well. You never know who we might reach!
