About Dandy
Dandy was donated by his owner when they could no longer care for him. Very little was known of Dandy's past and he was suffering from founder when he came into BEHS care. Dandy's foster home spent weeks treating Dandy's founder and subsequent abscesses. His feet were improving and he was becoming a comfortable happy horse. Unfortunately we lost Dandy to a severe case of colic. Dandy's foster home said he was a regal, gentle horse and we know they will miss him terrible.
