Sierra was donated to BEHS from an equine rescue in Louisiana to move her to a different climate. When she came, she had been diagnosed with COPD and put on steroids. It was thought that moving her to a drier climate would help. She is quiet natured and not dominant. She seems to get along okay with geldings or mares and tends to run from a fight. Her foster home fell in love with her and decided to give her a home for life.
