BEHS 036 – Madison

Madison was removed from a negligent home by a joint effort between BEHS and local law enforcement. Madison was so weak when she was removed from her home that she kept going down and had to be helped back to her feet for the first few days she was with BEHS. She slowly gained weight and blossomed into a gorgeous horse. Her former owner said she was used as a roping horse before he got her, and she certainly is well broke to ride. However, she gets excited under saddle and needs a confident rider. Madison’s second foster home fell in love with her and decided to adopt her.

Sadly, Madison's adopters notified us that Madison suffered a pasture accident and had to be euthanized. Her owners are devastated and will be greatly missed.
