About Frazer
The owner donated Frazer to BEHS when law enforcement investigated him for neglecting Frazer. Frazer was adopted in 2007 and was returned in 2010 for dominant behavior with older geldings with which he was housed. He was adopted again in 2012 as a companion for a similarly-aged gelding. He'll be getting plenty of love and attention at his new home!
Evaluation and Training
Frazer is a gorgeous horse, but due to an injury he sustained before coming to BEHS, he is not a candidate for a riding horse. A veterinarian has examined the scars and does not find any evidence of pain, but when ridden Frazer bucks. He's spent time a trainer, but the trainer felt he was too unpredictable under saddle to continue working with. He has great ground manners and is a gorgeous horse, so he's hoping someone will adopt him as a pet and companion.
