About Rudy

Rudy was neglected by his owner and then given to some kind citizens who wanted to care for him but could not. They contacted Bluebonnet and we got him into a foster home. When he was vetted, we learned he had congestive heart failure. His foster home did an excellent job keeping him comfortable and showing him love in the short time he was with her.
