About Monterrey Bay
Monterey Bay was surrendered to animal control when her owners could not keep her. She was then placed with Bluebonnet. She was emaciated and as she began to gain weight, some old injuries became evident. She was in pain and getting worse, and her veterinarian team recommended euthanasia.
