About Renata
Renata is a beautiful and stunning black grade mare. She was donated to Bluebonnet by her owner. She was raised by her donor and has had good handling and care throughout her life. She has a great mind and picks things up quickly. She is extremely smart, quiet, willing and responsive, her favorite word is "whoa".
Evaluation and Training
Renata is good with baths, clippers, loading and unloading, leading, farrier and ties well. She is being started under saddle with her trainer for the 2020 Spring Challenge and they have been working with cows doing trails and obstacles and she even placed 4th in a Ranch Riding class she attending! Renata with be best for an experienced to intermediate rider that will continue her training as she is still very green. She has the potential to go just about anywhere.
Renata will be competing under saddle in the Professional division of the Bluebonnet HelpAHorse Spring Training Challenge and Adoption Event with trainer Sydney Alery. She will be available for adoption starting at the Challenge competition in Boyd, TX on June 13, 2020 (originally scheduled for May 2, 2020). You can follow their progress on their Facebook Page.
