Barrett is a sweet horse who loves attention. He leads and loads well, and his former owner said he rode him often down the roads around his home. His foster home says he stands well for saddling, bridling, and mounting but acts as if he doesn't know much under saddle. His foster home is working with him to improve his farrier skills. He picks up his feet but isn't the best at keeping them up! She says he moves nicely with a really nice trot. He's still plenty young enough to improve his skills under saddle and his quiet nature makes him a candidate as a trail horse and possibly a kids' horse (with training).
