About Arrowhead

Arrowhead was donated to Bluebonnet when his owner could no longer care for him. He has no known health or lameness issues.

Arrowhead will be competing in the Non Pro Under Saddle division of the 2021 Spring BEHS Rescue Horse Training Challenge with trainer Frank Sill . You can follow their progress on their Facebook page by *CLICKING HERE*. Challenge horses will be available for adoption starting on May 15, 2021 at the Circle T Arena in Hamilton, TX during the competition.

Evaluation and Training

Arrowhead has all the basic skills and was reported to have been used as a trail horse but has some areas he could use some work on. He lacks confidence. Seemingly small things like fly spray can be a challenge but he is getting better. He occasionally refuses to lead and is easily spooked.
