About Howl's Sophie
Sophie was donated to BEHS due to no fault of her own. Her previous owner was unable to care for her due to health problems. She is a sweet mare that like to be in your pocket. She always comes to you to say hi. She loves to be groomed and loved on all day long.
Evaluation and Training
Not much is known about her history. The previous owner said she was ridden by grandchildren but was unridden in the last two years. Sophie is be evaluated by her foster to see about her ride ability.
Sophie will load into the trailer easily, stand for the farrier, stand tied quietly, and is easy to catch. She has not offered to bite or kick when handling her. She is a quiet mare, and the foster feels like she would make an excellent trail or pleasure horse.
