Tuffy was surrendered to BEHS when her owner was investigated for neglect. She was a typical young unhandled filly when she first arrived. With the help of her foster home she has learned to trust her handlers, lead without crowding, pick up all four feet, and back up. She is easily caught. She is an affectionate filly and seems to be a quick study.
