About Rambler
Rambler has an occasional cough. He has been seen by a vet who did not find anything wrong with him, so it may be allergies.
Rambler’s foster home says he’s a very sweet horse and a joy to have around.
Evaluation and Training
We don’t know Rambler’s history since he was found estray, but his foster home has been working with him and he is broke to ride.
Rambler is good to catch and stands well for grooming, tacking up, and farrier. His foster home reports that he has set back a few times when tied but it normally fine.
Foster says horse is great with grooming, catching, tacking up, and farrier. He has occasionally set back while being tied but most of the time does well. He also lungs in both directions at a walk, trot, and canter.
His foster home took him to 7IL recently for a trail ride. She says he likes to GO and moves out quickly if allowed. He backs up nicely and is learning to side pass. He navigated both logs and water on the trail ride with no problems.
Since he really likes to go, he’s not going to be a novice horse or a horse for a timid rider, but a confident rider with some riding experience should have a great time with him.
