Blaise is good to catch, lead, and load in a trailer. He stands for grooming, saddling, and bridling. He also stands for the farrier.

Blaise knows how to lunge as well as line drive/ground drive. So far, he’s been ridden in a western saddle and o-ring snaffle bridle and stood well for saddling, bridling, and mounting. He steers, stops, and performs upward and downward transitions well. His foster home has only ridden him in a large roundpen/small arena so far. He will look at new things and may even snort, but he is not spooky.

He’s clearly been ridden a decent amount, but he hasn’t been “finished”. For example, while he will start to move off leg cues, he is still very high headed under saddle. With some work, he starts to bring his head down, round his back, and collect, but he can only hold that for a few strides at a time right now.

He's young, well built, friendly, and gorgeous. With more training, he has the potential for trail, endurance, sport horse under saddle, dressage, or possibly western dressage. He’s got such enormous potential for a lucky adopter!
