Ricco Sauve came to Bluebonnet for training and rehoming.
Ricco Suave is competing in the Professional Division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge with Wendy Brixius. Ricco Suave will be available for adoption at the Training Challenge competition on October 5, 2024, during the Bluebonnet Horse Expo at the Williamson County Expo Center. Evaluation and Training
Ricco Sauve has been very willing to learn and is being exposed to many new places and new things. He is not an “in your pocket” type horse. He is more standoffish but will let you approach. Once he is haltered, he has good ground manners, leads easily, ties, loads, and behaves well. He moves well forward, backward, and laterally as well as turns well on the hindquarters and forequarters in a round pen. His trainer has started ponying him and will start under saddle soon.
