Robbie proved himself very trainable and good natured. We’ve done lots of desensitizing and learning that it feels good to relax and lower his head. He has done lots of lunging and even started introducing a saddle.

Robbie is a six-year-old, 16.3HH, Thoroughbred gelding. Robbie is sweet and kind and wants so badly to please. Robbie is a big boy and sometimes needs a reminder to give space when needed. Robbie’s trainer says he's a gentle giant who tries to think his way through new things. He's been ridden in the arena, ridden on trails, gone over bridges and through gates, and ridden around cattle. He's got a big, ground-covering canter and a great brain. He's been ridden a bit by Cara's daughter, too. Jerry Lee is currently wearing front shoes because of his splayed feet. We think this guy could do just about anything and would excel as a dressage, trail mount or pleasure riding.
