About Neo
Neo was born in BEHS. His dam was released to BEHS when her owners were investigated for neglect, and she was pregnant when she arrived. She gave birth to Neo who won his foster mom's heart. She decided to make him a permanent addition. In 2011 while at a trainer's, Neo suffered an accident. His adopter was ready to fight for him, but after consulting numerous vets she learned that there was nothing she could do and decided to let him go.
