At only one month old, Hot Rod, his dam and herd were removed from negligent owners in July of last year. His dam needed rehabilitation and he needed good nourishment, to grow and be weaned from her, before being available for adoption. Before he was weaned, he caught the eye of Cynthia S. and she applied to adopt him. They met last Saturday. It was love at first sight and Cynthia took the little guy home. We look forward to watching Hot Rod grow into a good equine citizen and enjoying nice trail rides with his new family. Congrats to all!!
