About Poppie's Ruby
Poppie's Ruby came to Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society in 2010 as part of a neglect case. She had recently foundered and it took quite some time for her to recover. She was adopted in 2012 by a long time Bluebonnet member and volunteer, but she was returned in 2016 when her adopter's family moved out of state. Poppie's Ruby spent two years with two different foster homes before finding a home as a companion to another older Arabian mare. Congrats to Poppie's Ruby!

Unfortunately, due to Poppie's Ruby's arthritis, she is not ridable.
She is a sweet mare who will make someone a nice pet and companion for their other horses.
