About Jeff
Jeff was discovered estray. When his owners weren't located, he was placed with BEHS. He was adopted in 2011 but returned when his adopters had to move. He was adopted again in 2012, but returned in 2015 because his adopters were moving. He is a sweet guy who was quickly re-adopted in 2015.
