About Zoe
Zoe was removed from negligent owners by animal control and then placed with BEHS. She quickly gained weight, and she was a contestant in the 2011 Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge. She got started under saddle for the Challenge and met her adopter a few months later. She was returned in 2013 because she had spooked with her adopter, and Zoe waited patiently for someone to fall in love with her. Her adopter wanted to make sure she made the right choice, so she looked at Zoe, looked at several other horses, and was then drawn back to Zoe. We’re expecting great things from them!
Evaluation and Training
: Zoe’s adopter rode her in a field and took her on a couple of trail rides. She is very green still and would do well with an adopter who can continue her training. She’s a very sweet horse and enjoys attention and work!
